Ryan Wins Top Accolade in Dublin Show!

Ryan Ewing of Priory House Restaurant cooked recently at the CATEX Exhibition in the RDS, Dublin. Ryan won a Commendation in the Open Class Pork Competion, a great result given that he was the only junior chef amongst a group of seasoned chefs competing in the final!
