Priory House Furnishings is a family run business established by Brendan McAnallen in 2002. It is an attractive addition to the idyllic and historic village of Benburb. Many people visit the area to view the various historical sites, forts and castles along the Blackwater River, the scenic countryside of rolling hills, Loughs and woods, including Benburb Country Park, which adjoins the premises.

The Country Park and Priory House West are part of the estate of the Servite Priory and formerly owned by the Powercourts and later by the Bruces. The buildings have been recently renovated retaining all their characteristic architectural features, in a village that is renowned for its attractive buildings and pleasant ambiance. In addition to the very attractive range of furnishings there is a local history bookshop and art gallery including the works of local artists and craftspeople.
